Carleigh and I started working together in April 2020. I turned to her for coaching because I was lacking in energy, and I had a marathon in October. Since the beginning I noticed that she was asking me different questions than other professionals I had worked with in the past. Carleigh was always focused on my overall health, not just nutrition. It may seem simple or silly but made all the difference. The first big change she made was adding more food to my diet. I was scared thinking I was going to gain weight… and that do not happen. Adding in more nutrients helped me go through the days with extra energy at work and during workouts. For the first time I was not dragging at the end of the days. The result of our partnership could not be better, I not only ran my marathon faster then I predicted; I was able to recover quickly and stayed injury free.
